Beschreibung

The ICE3AR10080JZ (CoolSET®-F3R80) is an enhanced800V MOSFET version of ICE3BRxx65J (CoolSET®-F3R650V) in DIP-7 package. The PWM controller is based onF3R 650V with some new and enhanced features. Inparticular it is a device running at 100KHz, implementedwith brownout features, installing 800V CoolMOS® withstartup cell and packaged into DIP-7. It targets for the lowpower SMPS with increased MOSFET voltage marginrequirement such as Off-Line battery adapters, DVD R/W,DVD Combi, Blue ray, set top box, auxiliary power supplyfor PC and server, etc. In summary, the CoolSET® F3R80provides good voltage margin of MOSFET, loweststandby power, selectable burst level, reduced outputripple during burst mode, reliable output with brownoutfeature, accurate maximum power control for bothmaximum power and burst power, low EMI with frequencyjittering and soft gate drive, built-in and flexibleprotections, etc. Therefore, CoolSET® F3R80 is acomplete solution for the low power SMPS application.
